Adolphe Cossard (1870-?) Decorative Panel

This amazing decorative panel is in pristine condition. It is not mounted on linen. It is framed in what appears to be a period Newcomb-Macklin frame that works well with the image. The panel is a period Art Nouveau litho, and displays beautifully. Circa late 19th early 20th century.

Originally painted by George Burgess in 1894. This chromo litho was printed in a small edition by H.S. Crocker. The original painting is part of The Oakland Museum Collection in California. It is framed in a massive period gilt frame, matted in silk.
